1. Scope
This policy applies to all coaching sessions and programs offered by Liftwise. We aim to deliver services professionally and transparently. However, we recognize that sometimes expectations may differ. This policy outlines when and how refunds may apply.

2. Booking and Cancellation
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be non-refundable. Exceptions can be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We encourage clients to communicate as early as possible.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if a session was not delivered as agreed or if technical issues prevented service. Dissatisfaction based on outcomes alone does not qualify for a refund, as coaching is a collaborative process. Refunds are processed only after review and mutual agreement. Full or partial refunds may apply based on the situation.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with details and relevant documentation if needed. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.

5. Service Packages
If you’ve purchased a coaching package, unused sessions may be refundable at your request. Completed sessions are not refundable, even if you decide not to continue. We do not charge cancellation fees for ending a package early. Refunds for packages are prorated based on use.

6. Special Programs
Some workshops or programs may have their own refund terms, noted at registration. If those terms exist, they override the general policy. We aim to keep all terms clearly stated upfront. Please read any registration forms carefully.

7. No Guarantee Clause
We do not guarantee specific results from coaching sessions. Personal growth is unique, and outcomes depend on multiple factors. We encourage clients to share expectations early so we can align support. Coaching is a joint effort, not a fixed solution.
